BODY COMPOSITION GUIDELINES
Our Body Composition Guidelines will help us know and learn about the data we need to compare our body and health progress over time.
Here’s you will find how to take, interpret and track the following:
Body Composition Indicators: Information regarding an individual’s weight and its distribution over body fat, muscle mass, bone, and water. This can be obtained using smart scales, yet it is very important to know what ranges to be in based on our health condition, lifestyle, physical activity, and medical indications. You’ll find all this information and more.
Body Measurements: Often used to know if an individual has gained or lost sizes in certain body parts. We show what body parts to measure and how to do it. This can be compared with your body composition indicators so that a correlation can be made and know if it’s muscle mass and/or body fat progress.
Weigh Management Blood Test Panel: See if you’re a candidate for a blood test before starting a meal plan and/or exercise program and know what markers you should look after.
We recommend our clients enter both their body composition indicators and measurements in our App every month to track and compare their progress. This will also help us determine what updates should be made to their meal plan and/or exercise program over time.
