What is Lean Wellness Solutions?

Lean Wellness Solutions is a company that provides fully customized health services such as meal plans, training programs, and lifestyle coaching. We offer and design everything around our client’s specific needs, health conditions, and preferences. We adapt to their lifestyle and guide them on how to improve their health through constant communication and education.

What is the process to join?

Head over to our pricing page:

1.     Sign Up: Choose the type of membership desired, proceed to payment and fill up your initial health quiz.

2.     Schedule your Strategy Call: We’ll go over your goals, current lifestyle, preferences, and health conditions in more detail. This will help us design the perfect plan for you.

·       This phone call is not obligatory but it is highly recommended to have it so that we can get to know you better.

3.     Download our App: Invitation will be sent to your e-mail once we finish our strategy call or receive your health quiz answered.

4.     Reach your goals: Once we gather all the information required, we’ll upload your customized plan to our app (approximately 3-4 business days after you join)

How long before I received my customized plan?

Approximately 3-4 business days after joining and purchasing your desired plan.

Once we receive the information required (payment, health quiz), we will upload your customized plan (meal plan and training program) to our App. 

How often will my plan be updated?

Every4 weeks. 

We manage everything by stages for both meal plans and training programs. Every stage lasts 4 weeks. We do it this way since it’s sufficient time to track, monitor, and appreciate proper progress based on our professional experience. 

How will you determine my monthly follow-up with my customized plan?

Besides being in constant communication each week with you (to analyze your progress, know your body, take notes and see the areas where we can improve) we’ll also send an e-mail before your 4 weeks conclude as a reminder to answer your monthly health quiz, upload photos of your physique and take body measurements. We will use all the information plus the one we recollect from your app log-ins to determine every monthly follow-up.

In this e-mail, we will attach a link for you to answer the monthly health quiz on our website. It includes questions about your weight, lifestyle, recovery, nutrition, and physical activity.

We will also attach our measurement guidelines which will take you step by step on how to properly take them.

Body composition data (shown in smart scales such as body fat, muscle mass, weight, water), body measurements, and physique photos should be uploaded to our app every 4 weeks.

Will my website profile be the same as my app profile?

You would need to create two profiles, one for our website and another for our App.

We highly recommend using the same e-mail, username, and/or password on both, so that you can remember them easier.

Once you create your website’s profile, you will be able to manage your membership, billing/credit card information, and answer your health quizzes. 

Another profile will be required to create on our App after receiving the invitation to download it. You’ll be able to upload pictures, see your workouts, meal plans, daily habits and sync it with other apps such as Apple Watch, MyFitnessPal, and digital weight scales.

Will I be able to work around injuries?

Yes. We’ve helped plenty of clients with old injuries, nagging pains, or after physical therapy so that they can do a gradual transition into getting back in shape and properly strengthen their bodies. You’ll be able to specify your current conditions, needs, limitations, and doctor’s indications once you answer your initial health quiz. 

How often will I be able to communicate with my nutritionist?

We check in constantly with our clients every week or two. We’ll be able to see how your day went once you log in your data into our App. If we see something that needs more attention, we’ll let you know right away. If you have several questions, we will answer each one of them that same day! 

What if I have eating preferences?

This is something you’ll be able to let us know once you answer your initial health quiz. We work with clients who follow a regular nutrition, vegan, pescatarian, dairy-free, among other eating preferences. You’ll be able to let us know if you have any food allergies or intolerances to consider as well. 

Pricing

How much will my membership cost?

It depends on the type of membership purchased and its duration. 

Our monthly bundle membership costs $150. If you decide to purchase a membership with a longer duration, it comes with a discount.

  • 3-month membership includes 10% discount

  • 6-month membership includes 15% discount

  • 9-month membership includes 20% discount

How often will I need to pay for my membership?

If you purchase our monthly membership you will be billed every 4 weeks or until you cancel your plan. Our other memberships with longer duration (3-month and 6-month will be charged once for the time frame indicated.

Every membership will be renewed automatically when its duration has concluded or until you cancel it directly on our website. 

Do you offer free trials?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free trials.

Do you offer any discounts?

Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts, besides the ones we already provide with our multi-month memberships.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel your membership at any time. Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds.

If you would like to cancel your membership you would need to cancel it directly on our website. Log in to your account and head over to your profile’s settings to cancel.

If you have a monthly membership and you would like to cancel it, please make sure to cancel it before your next recurring charge date, which is every 4 weeks after signing up. That way you will prevent any undesired charges.
